ctdcal.io¶

A module for handling ODF input-output files related to CTDCAL.

Functions

`load_cnv`	Load Sea-Bird converted (.cnv) cast file into DataFrame
`load_exchange_btl`	Load WHP-exchange bottle file (_hy1.csv) into DataFrame.
`load_exchange_ctd`	Load WHP-exchange CTD file(s) (_ct1.csv) into DataFrame.
`write_cast_details`	Write cast details to cast_details.csv log file.
`write_pressure_details`	Write start/end deck pressure to ondeck_pressure.csv log file.
